The owners of N&T Construction, brothers Charlie and Vince Jabbia, always dreamed of having a successful construction company together.  In pursuing this dream, both received Bachelor of Science degrees in Construction Management at the University of Louisiana in Monroe (formerly Northeast Louisiana University).  After graduation from college, they sought out the best companies to hone their skills that would eventually lead to owning their own construction company.

Charlie worked for several construction firms and was transferred to Beaumont, Texas while working for Linbeck Construction Company.  Having found the right place to settle down, Charlie left Linbeck and worked as Vice-President of N&T Construction for over 10 years before buying the company in January 2000.  While Charlie was having success in his career, Vince was working for Centex Construction Company and completed an impressive list of projects around the country.

Vince left Centex after completing the United Spirit Arena at Texas Tech University and joined Charlie as a partner in N&T Construction in April 2000.  With Vince's 16 years of experience working for Centex, combined with Charlie's experience, N&T Construction is well positioned to continue the success that it has enjoyed over the past years.
